Nick is an experienced Managing Director and business leader with extensive mining, construction and service industry knowledge with over 35 years experience across 6 continents. He is a Fellow-Australian Institute of Company Directors, life member-WA chamber of minerals and energy, associate fellow- Australian Institute of management member- Australian Institute of mining and metallurgy and a professional member of the engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ). Before joining Lubambe, he served as Executive Global Head of Operations at Kumba Iron from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, he held the positions of Executive Global Head Mining Services at Orica Limited from 2013 to 2015 and Managing Director at Macmahon Holdings Limited from 2000 to 2012. He was also Managing Director at ELTIN limited from December 1990 to 1999.

Tony is an experienced mining professional with over 25 years working experience in the Australian mining industry across a range of commodities including base metals, coal and precious metals, in both open cut and underground mines. Tony is a Member of Australian Institute of Company Directors and a professional member of the engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ) Before joining Lubambe, he served as Director at KGM Mining Pty Ltd from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, he held positions of Chief Operating Officer at Kidman Resources Ltd, Unity Mining Ltd from 2013 to 2016, General Manager at CBH Resources Pty Ltd and Mine Manager at Rio Tinto Ltd, WMC Resources Ltd and Pasminco Ltd from 2000 to 2010.

Lomthunzi is a Senior Investment Specialist with over 10 years’ experience in Investment Promotion and Trade Facilitation. Before joining Lubambe, Lomthunzi served as Manager for Investment Promotions at the Zambia Development Agency. Prior to that, she held positions of Investment Specialist and Business Development Specialist at the Zambia Development Agency from 2007 to 2017. She began her career as The Coordinator of a Presidential Program, The Strategic Action Initiative for Economic Development- Triangle of Hope Program in 2005.

Before joining Lubambe, he served as Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary from August 2012 to June 2018 and as finance manager from December 2006 to July 2012 at Chibuluma Mines Plc. Prior to that, he rose through the ranks to the position of Senior Assurance Manager at Deloitte and Touché from November 1996 to June, 2006 and later worked as Finance Manager & Company Secretary at Industrial Credit Company Limited from July 2006 to December 2006. Eustus is a Fellow of ACCA and ZICA and a member of the Institute of Directors (IoD).

Loyce is a senior communications specialist with 26 years experience in mainstream media, public Relations and Corporate Communication. Before joining Lubambe, she served as Director Communications and Corporate Affairs at the Development Agency. Prior to that, she held positions of Senior Manager Public Relations, Head Public Relations at Road Development Agency from 2006 to February 2016 and Chief Sub Editor, Senior Reporter at Zambia News Agency (ZANA) from 1993 to 2006. She began her career as a Reporter with ZANA Mufulira Bureau in 1993. Loyce is a Fellow of ZAPRA.

Ali has a total of 10 years working experience in the Risk, Compliance, Assurance and Audit. Prior to joining Lubambe, Ali worked at Standard Chartered Bank Zambia Plc in Commercial Banking Division as Head Process and Governance from 2017 to March 2019. Before joining Commercial Banking division, he worked as Operational Risk Manager in Retail Banking between 2014 and 2016 for Client Acquisition and Business Banking respectively. Ali also worked at Madison Finance Company Limited and the holding Company LSA as Audit, Risk and Assurance Manager which is in the Financial Services Industry. Ali worked at Zambia National Commercial Bank Zambia Plc (ZANACO) between 2011 and 2013 as an Internal Audit Manager. Ali’s career started in 2009 at KPMG Zambia in external audit and he is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and Institute of Internal Auditors.

Tommie is an experienced Project Executive with more than 15 years experience in Mining projects. He is registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) and a professional member of the Engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ). Before joining Lubambe, Tommie served as Regional Project Director for Africa at Newmont Gold Mining Corporation. During his 8-year career at Newmont he also held the positions of Project Director and Study Director. Prior to that, he held various engineering and management positions at AngloGold Ashanti from 2003-2010.
