Mr. Wang Gang - Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Gang is a senior executive of international mining companies in Serbia and Central Asia and has over 30 years of underground mine management experience.
He has experience in mine construction technology and profit growth of production, operation and has a great vision of challenges in terms of environment, society and governance.
Mr. Gang is currently serving as Vice President for JCHX Mining Management Co. Ltd. -Beijing, China and General Manager Resources Development Division of JCHX Mining Management Co. Ltd. -Beijing, China.
He previously served as President Advisor for JCHX Mining Management Co. Ltd. -Beijing, China and General Manager for Resources Development Division of JCHX Mining Management Co. Ltd. -Beijing, China and Deputy General Manager for Serbia Zijin Copper DOO – Balkans.
Mr. Gang also previously served as Deputy General Manager for Luoyang Kunyu Mining - Luoyang, China and Deputy General Manager for Altynken LLC - Chui Valley, Kyrgyz.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering and Master of Arts in Business Administration.
Mr. Gang is a member of the Professional and Technical Title Office of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
Ms. Jinyan CUI - Deputy CEO
Jinyan CUI, born in 1970, has been working in JCHX Mining Management Co. Ltd for over 15 years, with main portfolio including: Deputy CEO of International Business Department of JCHX Mining (2017-2021), Deputy CEO of International Division of JCHX Mining, Zambia (2021-now), Manager of JCHX Lubambe Project, Zambia (2022-2023) and CEO of JCHX Mining Zambia Branch (2023-now).

Mr. Xu Chuanhui – Deputy CEO
Mr. Chuanhui is a process specialist with over 40 years experience in the mining industry both in China and overseas.
He has worked for various positions such as plant Chief Metallurgist, Manager of Metallurgical Laboratory and Project Engineering & Consulting, Technical Director and VP Operations in different operations mainly focused on the area of project commissioning, operational management & optimization/upgrading, project consulting/engineering.
His vast experience spans across some well-known world-class copper, moly and gold projects.
Mr. Chuanhui holds a bachelor in Engineering, Mineral Processing Engineering.
Mr. Daniel Chihili - Deputy CEO
Mr. Chihili (Deputy Chief Executive Officer) with over 30 years’ experience, is a Mining Industry Professional with vast experience in Smelting, Leaching, Mineral Processing & Underground Mining Operations.
In addition, an experienced Health, Safety & Environment professional and Human Resource Management Practitioner.
Previously worked as substantive General Manager Support Services and alternate General Manager Operations for six years at Lubambe Copper Mines.
Studied Mining Engineering, Mineral Processing, HSE & an MBA.
He is a Member for the Engineering Institute of Zambia and a Registered Engineer.
Has a lot of people management skills, behaviour safety champion and a change management leader.
Mr. Eustus Munsaka - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Munsaka is a Fellow of ACCA and ZICA and a member of the Institute of Directors (IoD).
Before joining Lubambe, he served as Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary from August 2012 to June 2018 and as Finance Manager from December 2006 to July 2012 at Chibuluma Mines Plc. Prior to that, he rose through the ranks to the position of Senior Assurance Manager at Deloitte and Touché from November 1996 to June, 2006 and later worked as Finance Manager & Company Secretary at Industrial Credit Company Limited from July 2006 to December 2006.
Mr. Liu Changjun- CEO Assistant
Mr. Changjun is a Supply Chain professional with more than 8 years of experience in material management.
He has worked in various business environments and supply chain management in various jurisdictions like Zambia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Serbia and Ghana.
He has previously served as Assistant CEO, Manager and Vice Manager in the Supply Department of JCHX International Division - Chambishi, Zambia.
Mr. Changjun has also served General Manager Assistant - Procurement Center of JCHX Headquarters - Beijing, China.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (International Economics and Trade).
Mr. Ma Pingping- Deputy Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Pingping is a Financial and Business Professional with over 14 years (including 7 years overseas) experience in financial and commercial management in a listed mining company (JCHX 603979 at SSE).
Previously, Mr. Pingping served as Deputy Country Chief Financial Officer in Zambia in Charge of JCHX Mining Construction Zambia Limited and Master Mine Service Zambia Limited and also as Deputy Project Manager in Charge of Konkola Copper Mine project and Lubambe project Master Mine Service Zambia Limited.
In his earlier career, he served as a Cashier, Cost Accountant, Supervisor Accountant, Assistant of financial department supervisor and Finance Manager at JCHX Mining Management Co, Ltd.
Mr. Pingping holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (Enterprise Financing).
Mr. Ali Simukonda - Director Risk, Compliance and Public Relations
Mr. Simukonda is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants with over 15 years progressive work experience in the Financial Services and Base Metal Industries working in Risk, Audit, Governance, Compliance and External Relations.
He is also a member of the Institute of Directors Zambia.
